How to get rid of the annoying toolbar telling me I have security certificate errors??

When I go visit my blog website I always get this annoying creme toolbar at the top of my screen that pops up and says "Internet Explorer has blocked this website from diplaying content with security certificate errors".....I try and click the options and fix it myself and then restart my computer but the toolbar keeps popping up! HELP!

Answer:
On the toolbar, try right click, on the drop down click "always allow from this site" You may also add it to your favorite lists. You should not have to restart after that.
