If you have your password, you can delete it from this place https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user But if you forgot your password. click "forgot password" and follow the steps

There is absolutely no way that can be done. You would essentially have to gain access to your account to do that. If you've forgotten your password, you may click on FORGOT PASSWORD link on the login page. :)
