It also had a banner on the top that led to the site and said "shop without sharing" So I am assuming it is real but I want to make sure before I send 7 games away for nothing.

  It's a scam. Call Paypal and Ebay right away to report this. Paypal NEVER asks for tracking numbers. The email you got is not from Paypal. If you go to Paypal.com and don't see any money in your account, it was never sent. So report this scammer to Paypal ASAP and block his address from contacting you Paypal does not allow any accounts from Nigeria, so this has to be a scam
