How do I block someone from emailing me?

  Step 1Open your Hotmail email account. Click on "Options." Step 2Read the list of available options. Select "Safe and Blocked Senders." Choose "Blocked Senders." A column appears, along with an information box. Step 3Choose the information box, and type the email address that you wish to block. Make sure you spell it correctly. Step 4Select the box that says "Add." You then see the email address moved to the column that says "Blocked Users." Step 5Repeat the third and fourth steps until you add all the email addresses to your blocked email list. You should no longer receive emails from any of these addresses. Step 6Reverse your decision by opening the "Options" menu in Hotmail and again choosing "Block Email Users." This time when the column opens, choose from the "Blocked" users side. Highlight the address or addresses you want to unblock. Click on the arrow that says "Remove." You can now receive emails from this sender again. Step 7Enjoy the freedom to control who can send you emails. If you continue to see spam, follow the steps again.
