How can I escape the graboid video download limitation?

How do I get rid of the viruses that came with the Graboid video download?

I downloaded Graboid to watch movies, and now when I do a google search, the first couple pages of results are all phony websites. I have since uninstalled the application but the virus is still there. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this?
