Hacking mostly done by websites (people we don't know), or by email contacts (people we know)?
-
In only one day, 4 gig have been uploaded from my pc (according to my internet provider monthly report). Let's suppose I've been hacked this particular day, and someone uploaded my movies & other stuff to his pc, is it "usually" done by anonymous hackers (like when I surf porn sites...) or is it usually done by people we know personally but who "only" have our hotmail email adress (like colleagues, friends, sisters, brothers, cousins, etc) ???

Answer:
Either one can happen. If your getting ads from those sites you surf then it's probably from them. Other than that, Just look into getting a new anti virus program, firewall and stuff like that.
