I found a free program that I use called spampal. (you'll have to google it as I forgot the website). It can help keep spam out of your inbox providing you use an email program (eg. outlook, thunderbird, eudora, etc.) If you use webbased email (eg. hotmail, yahoo, earthlink, etc.) you'll have to use the spam filter provided by the service.
