I have a rather long list of sites on my add and remove box with windows xp?

can anyone tell me which ones i really dont need ...dont have games or screensavers etc just things im not sure abiut ...computer needs cleaned ot and was told to get rid of stuff that is just cloggin up my computer thanks for any help....please dont advise anything to delete that will mess it up more

If there are web sites listed in add/remove programs list, you don't need any of them. I have never had a web site listed in my add/remove programs list... I am going to recommend a cleaning program, it's free, and very good, I've been using it for years. Ccleaner: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner This program will not clean anything in your add/remove programs list, but it will get rid of all the junk/temp files, and cookies, nothing important to the operation of the computer.
