What is the most secure email service in your opinion?

  • What is the most reliable and secure email service we can use? I know everybody uses gmail, but what if the google network goes down? I recall this one time the google spreadsheet was down and I had a lot of work on it, I got really worried! Luckily they fixed it. But that's exactly my point, if so many people uses gmail and they have so many important information routed to their gmail account and suddenly for whatever reason, google is down, what disaster would it be! Therefore, in your opinion, what is the best solution to this case?

    The most secure is going to be an email service that is not well known, and of coarse the account will only be as secure as the password, make one with 10, or more characters.
