How can I get Free Norton Spyware scan from yahoo toolbar ?

I have upgrate yahoo toolbar after yahoo toolbar team e-mail but I can't get free norton spyware scan. Every time that I try to get it occur the same procedure "downloading Yahoo Toolbar" "installing toolbar" and after the finish "succesfully" I have to do the same procedure.

Okay don't upgrade it then. Uninstall it and reinstall the yahoo toolbar from http://toolbar.yahoo.com
