Why can't I download Firefox?

My Internet (firefox) is being controlled? i cant download a virus remover?

  • yesterday i turned on my computer and i had a virus. i had the antivirus xp 2008 virus so i used malaware bytes to get rid of that. but now when i visit sites that have virus removers i am redirected to power antivirus 2009. also when i try to download virus removers it either blocks it or some how make the dowload incomplete. i dont know what else to do. i can't download a virus remover

    you are being targeted by adware .to buy a product. go off line and delete any and all programs with antivirus 2008 or 2009 as part off their name. then run "ccleaner" it's free .to remove the temp files and cookies that are running the adware,it will also remove the normal temp files and cookies you amass when web browsing.freeing up memory also. this will help.
