How i stop commercials on sites?

How do I stop those annoying audio commercials that run in the background on most video streaming sites ?

I frequent allot of these video hosting sites ( vidreel, divxlink.. etc. for alternative video entertainment and I get these very annoying audio commercials that seem to come from nowhere they have no "pop up" windows that I can find and none of the ads that are on the page seem to be what the audio is for ?? is it possible I have a virus ?? I have CA antivirus suite 2009 and have also run Malware bites nether has found anything

If you using Firefox try Ad Block Plus for it, i'm not saying thats the problam but it may be
