Seems that your MSOE.DLL application has damaged. Now your first priority is, How to fix MSOE.DLL file. Actually, You probably won't notice a need to fix any registry problems if your system is new, but over time, your system's registry will become larger and larger, especially as software, drivers, and hardware components are added and removed from your computer. NOW.... if you have have good knowleadge about the Registry Entries then you can fix MSOE.DLL But that will be too complicated. you can send me an email for free solution at :- [email protected] Otherwise you can find the automatic solution by using the below link: - http://hop.clickbank.net/?install/onpoint&mode=d

You must first use 'System File Check' utility, built in every Windows version & try to restore the specific file from the Windows bootable disk. 1. If your's is Windows 98, then you can directly start this utility from 'Run dialogue box' ---> Just type 'sfc' and follow the instructions 2. If it's XP, then you will have to go to the command prompt first and then type 'sfc/scannow' at the root directory. If this works, windows will replace the corrupt 'msoe.dll' with the original one. If this doesn't work, then only you must try other options. all the Best.........
