Where is the back up folder?

There is this folder that when you delete it it comes back again?

• i have this folder in desktop that i created then i moved all of its contents to another location. i noticed that the main folder which is named joyce is still there. i deleted it, then i emptied my recycle bin then when you right click any user-made folder it comes back again in my desktop. i have tried using spyware, anti-viruses, deleting it in safe mode, renaming it, moving it.. but it is still creating itself when you right click any folder that i made. please help.
