How do you prevent your Firewalls from blocking the Pando Media Booster?

I am trying to download Vindictus and Combat arms, but when I try to run them, once they finish loading, they say: Your system is not allowing access to our servers. Check your firewall and/or security Software settings to allow PMB.exe to run I am currently running windows 7. Help?

Answer:
Go to firewall exceptions and add the exe to the exections.
