Is there any way to access my previous addresses?

Is there a way to block certain people from gaining access to my pc , using there IP addresses,? help plse?

  • i have been using a program called NSMONITOR and it give u most of the details of who,s in your pc,when i open yahoo , or msn, it alerts my hackers,they delete files amd make my anti virus usless, thel stell pics its. it when i try to stop them getting in they retaliate, and and i alway have to end up reformatting, ive done so in the last few weeks now. when i use nsauditor to make a file of them i actualy see them sign off, so i know the see every thing i,m doing now

    The best way to keep the hackers away is to use a router. Also put a firewall software in your machine. If your computer is hacked, the hackers might have (not very likely) put in some programs that can grant access to your computer. Hence it may be a good idea to reinstall the OS in your computer.

Install an up to date firewall and the latest virus protection. Windows XP has a decent firewall built in (aftr SP2), but you can download a firewall such as zonelabs if you like. You can also turn off windows file and priter sharing if you don't use them.
