Legitimate website i used to go on now says it may harm my computer?

  • a legitimate website that i used to go on all the time now says that the website may harm my computer. the website was a chinese website and i used to live there but since moving to another country it now says that it may harm my computer.

Many things could prompt the display of this warning. One of course would be your operating system and it's 'state' (presences of malware) and the relative 'locked down' configurations you have (especially the browser).
