What is a good antivirus for small business?

How can I reinstall Eset Nod 32 Antivirus Business Edition v.3.0.684 windows Xp 32 bit?

• Due to an update problem that my antivirus seems to, have i tried to reinstall or repair my program but it asks for a file named EAV.msi and i don't know what is it, please help me. Thank you.
