How to get online with yahoo?

How do you get Yahoo to reveal online vendors who use Yahoo email addresses for their illegal business activi?

• I was a victim of a fraud by [email protected]. I ordered some cell phones that I paid through money gram and never received them. The money grams were picked up in the UK. Please advise on how to pursue this criminal with the alias name James Hauston. I hate when internet providers fail to pursue online fraud that hide behind their names.

  It is not really the responsibility of the ISP, but most will give some help either by blocking their sites or at least adding them to a blacklist. Depending on where you live, I would suggest you local comsumer affairs dept or consumer protection group may be able to assist. The real lesson is, Caveat Emptor, buyer beware. Check who you are dealing with, make sure they have a physical address, and verify their identity, even if it means a check with the local registry of companies etc. You would not be the first to get caught by these scams,. Personally, I only buy from local companies, ones that i can check out to see if they are genuine.
