How to create an email addres at face book?

I have a problem in my face book account.please help?

• i have create my account 5 months ago in face book and i do confirmed my account with the code which is sent to my email,every thing was ok without any problem but now is about 1 month that when i want to send a message to a friend who is not in my add list friends , the dialogue box which asks for security code doesn't show me any security code to type so it doesn't submit!!!!!!!!the same happen when i want to send add request to someone,(i didn't have this problem before) what should i do??

  Its possible that someone is playing games with your account. The safest thing to do is make another account. Before you make another account, Click 'Help' at the very bottom of the Facebook page, then select a category that you need help in. Once you read what they have to say in the help file, you have the option of contacting a Facebook team member.
