How to report and retrieve a hacked friendster and yahoo account?

  • My sister's yahoo and friendster account was hacked. We don't know who and how it was possible for someone to gain access to her account even if she just open it at our home. Is it possible to trace the hacker ? How can we report it? Can we still retrieve the accounts?

    first of all it is really difficult to hack yahoo. there are people who hack password and sell it. i would recommend u to search ur computer for any keyloggers or trojan. this might be the possible reason.

well u can get IP address finder soft which is chargable on the net.......create a dummy accpunt on the yahoo mail to ur hacked account....n wait for the reply.....s soon u get the reply with the help of IP address soft.....u can find the IP address of the sender n than get the details through the IP address... good luck
