What is wrong with scammers on the Internet?

Would it be better if spammers and internet scammers were dealt with by the SAS instead of the police?

• The police don't do anything, this is why these spammers and rip off artists never stop. If the SAS were to take this work on would their international shoot to kill policy, as well as their skills with explosives and their ability to sneak up on people and cut their throats make these people less inclined to ruin the internet? Sorry americans, I might have suggested your armed forces could be involved but they're just far too good at killing the wrong people.
