How do i get rid of content advisor?

How do I get rid of a content advisor which is asking for a password I am unable to go on line at home.?

    OK here is the registry crack... Close all internet explorer sessions. Click Start, Run, REGEDIT Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Policies\Ratings - highlight Ratings and hit delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Policies\Ratings - highlight Ratings and hit delete When you restart Internet Explorer the content advisor will be gone.

The only person who can activate content advisor is someone who uses the computer, PARENTS. This site is not someplace you can go to learn how to get around what they do to your compter. You will need to learn how to search using Yahoo or Google to figure out how to hack your registery.
