How do I get access to my email address back from Yahoo if it has been compromised?

I have not been able to get into my personal email address (this is my alternate business address I am using) I have contacted Yahoo many times via phone and Account Security via email. Neither of those have been helpful. For some reason my zipcode and the answer to my secret question don't work anymore. HELP!!! Is there anyone else to contact?
