How do i go into yahoo messenger chatroom?

Yahoo messenger 7.5 with voice crashes in between IMing and also when i try to go to a chatroom?

I don't know what the problem is cos I have scanned my OS, which is windows xp pro with sp2 and got rid of some spyware, but this yahoo thing is just consistently annoying me v v much everyday. I m using the new yahoo messenger 7.5 with voice (probably with the most bugs). While I am chatting with a frd, it suddenly crashes and says it has encountered a problem and needs to close. This is also happeneing right now when I again tried to access a chatroom. I am extremely frustrated with this. Can someone help me with this one? Thanks. (I am posting this question again, because I got just one reply last time and that didnt work for me)

uninstall the messenger and install a new messenger. It will stop
