What are some good proxy websites to go onto forbidden sites?

I need really good proxy's that can bypass a powerful web blocker. Please help I am begging you.

This works every time for me. Go to www.portableapps.com and grab a copy of Portable Mozilla Firefox. Extract the archive to a folder somewhere, open Firefox and voila! They can't apply their proxy to firefox so can't block sites.

My way of getting around a blocked website(works sometimes). Google the site, in search results look for 'cached' link against each result. click on it and the web site might open. give it a try.
