How do you block spam email containing the word "lottery," or any specific word.?

  Depends what email server you use. You can go into your emails spam filter settings and for example, it might say delete/block/'move to folder' all emails with name/subjectheading/from address etc.. hope this helps, you can do it hotmail, yahoo and gmail
