Unless expressly stated otherwise, you will not be allowed to opt out of this feature

  • Answer:

the toolbar: disable and uninstall it in the browser. the other thing: i don't know what you mean, specify please? If it's about this bit: "By using the Services, you consent to allow Yahoo!’s automated systems to scan and analyze all incoming and outgoing communications content sent and received from your account (such as Mail and Messenger content including instant messages and SMS messages) including those stored in your account to, without limitation, provide personally relevant product features and content, to match and serve targeted advertising and for spam and malware detection and abuse protection. Unless expressly stated otherwise, you will not be allowed to opt out of this feature" It's going through their servers and no, they're not gonna read it all, who would bother? they probably have some bots scanning for phrases indicating danger such as, "i want to kill the president" or something. Good luck :)
