what kind of virus protection is the bst. One that really works and is free?

AVG Free, http://free.grisoft.com/ or Avast Home Edition, http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html are both very excellent (not just good) anti-virus programs. I consider them to be superior to Norton (which has grown into useless bloatware). I prefer AVG and there are those that prefer Avast but either way, your PC will be protected by a rock solid wall.

Really works and free does not go together. If Norton is bloatware you need to upgrade your computer and be selective when you install it. I use Systemworks 2006. Sam's club $45.
