Need help with messed up internet?

Help with internet connection and freezing?

• i am on another computer right now but the one i normally use is messed up. when i start it up it freezes 75% of the time. i cannot start it in safe mode because it will freeze up. when i actually get to the desktop i cannot connect to the internet to try and download anything to help me. i have norton antivirus but it expired and i cant renew it without internet. i also have a program called smitfraudfixe downloaded. please help me i need to get this computer running again

  From your description, your computer can have a series of problems. 1. It could be that your computer is getting outdated and is in need of a RAM Memory Upgrade. Upgrading the memory will increase the computers speen drastically, and stop the freezing. 2. Your computer might be heavily infected. The best thing you can do in this case is Get a copy of whatever Windows your pc is running and do a FRESH INSTALL of Windows. This will wipe out everything in the PC including the viruses it might have, but you will be left with a Brand New-Like PC with none of your previous saved files. 3. You are running Norton Anti virus in Your computer and Norton literally drains your computers memory Making your PC very slow. If you can, try uninstalling Norton and install a Lighter Anti virus like ESET Nod 32 and do a complete system scan.
