How do i remove security toolbar 7.1?

How do i remove Security Toolbar 7.1 from my pc for free?

• I don't want to have to pay for it, and the control panel doesn't work because it isn't listed as security toolbar 7.1. I need something that's goin to get rid of it without asking for money. If u have an ideas I would be more then thankful for it. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!! the pop-ups r drivin me crazy!!
