    Right click Internet Explorer, highlight properties, click on Clear History, also set Days to keep pages in history to (0). Also try click start, control Panel & then click Internet Options & fallow the above direction’s, remember to click Apply. To clean your recent searches, just click on the Content tab when your in Internet Properties, then click Clear SSL State & click on AutoComplete… And make sure none of the boxes are checked, if they are, uncheck them and click OK. If you have the yahoo search bar, just click on the pencil icon, and in the dropdown menu, click on "clear recent searches"..some windows versions, are different, but should say something similiar..Good Luck..

That is a good question. Clearing your history is nice if you have too much on your history files. Having too much can slow down your internet. First click control panel in your start menu, then click network options. once your there click the button that says clear history. it clears your history dropdown menu,and history folder. To keep history from showing up, set your history keep file days to zero. Keeping your history low, is good, so if you want your internet to stay leveled, set your days to keep history in for 1 day. it works good. In the yahoo history, you must have yahoo search toolbar, if you do, you need to click the pencil icon. Then in the drop menu click "clear recent yahoo searches" if they don't clear, you have search IRS, this is where your computer KEEPS all of your searches.
