How to Log In as Administrator in User Accounts?

I want to know the steps to login as administrator while in a non-administratve rights user account. I am running a small home network and I have set up non-administrative rights user accounts for some relatives. While logged onto their accounts (which are non-administrative rights), I would like to login as administrator to install software, pictures, change files, etc and then log out as administrator, without getting out of their user account. How do I do this? Thanks.

well, i have been using Windows XP for a while and when my friend(s) computer(s) needs repair, i could go in safe mode and then choose the administrator and log on with that account. I think an admin in safe mode has more privileges .

http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/download.php?type=livecd You download that, burn it, then put the cd in a computer and you boot it up. The disc will crack all the accounts on the computer pretty quickly if they're simple password-protected.
