  You have to give some minumum information to yahoo to recover id pass. like if you are useing any paid service then you need to provide Creditcard information to recover and if you never tried any paid service then you will have 3/4 option to recover like 1. Alternative Email Address. 2. Personal Information Like Address with Zip code , DOB, SSN (if applied) 3.
