What is the history of the internet?

My brother watches pornograhy in the internet and deletes the history. How to view what he has viewed?

  • My younger brother deletes the history items, cookies and temporary internet files. As soon as I go to his room he closes the windows and opens another file. How to view secretly what he has viewed. The point is he should not know that I am watching him. Is there any software that tracks all the websites a person is watching on his computer secretly. Please give me suggestions. I am relying upon your shoulders. Please help me.

  • Answer:

If he deleted History, Cookies and Temporary internet files, there is nothing you can do. Next time, try to sneak around and hope he forgot to delete these files after he watched porn. Go to History tab, and see what he is searching for. He probably watched porn from some popular sites like Youporn, Pornhub and so on. You can use Parental Controls too. Anti-Porn is good one. You can download it below. P.S: Why are you so interested what your brother watched? If you were his dad, i would understand. But you're just his brother. Maybe you're hiding from him too :)

he may have deleted the cookies and cache but the index.dat files may still be present - use index.dat analyzer - free here http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/indexdat-analyzer/indexdatanalyzer.html

There are plenty of programs like that out there. Google it. I'm just wondering why you're so interested in your brothers porn habits....

If he is using Internet Explorer and uses Tools - Internet Options - Delete to remove the files, the index.dat files are not deleted. Use Windows Explorer - You have to go to Tools - Folder Options - View - and make sure "Show hidden files and folders" is selected. You will have to be logged into the computer the same way he logs in. Now use the command line: Click Start Click Run Type CMD Press Enter Now type attrib -s -h -r index.dat /s dir index.dat /s the index.dat files that interest you are in these sub-folders Cookies Local Settings\History\History.IE5 Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files copy these index.dat files to another folder (using the COPY command) or to a flash drive, and you can open the files with NotePad. The data will not be organized, but you will be able to scroll through and look for the names of the websites.

find the coding for system 32 off google and you can view every file ever opened on your compiuter

I'd rather tell you how to stop him from doing that. Turn on the parental controls!
