How do I use the proxy setting on PeerGuardian 2?

  • Well, with PeerGuardian 2 it gives me the option to use a proxy and then a space for me to type something in, I have checked the box, but dont know what to put in the space, I tried a proxy IP, but while going onto an IP tracker, they still get my IP, so I try a proxy website, still, the same result, they do offer for me to choose a type the first is "HTTP" the second is "SOCKS5" I dont know about this, so if anyone could help, that would be great.
