    I could not find a way to change your secret question. However, when you try to change your password, you are not asked the secret question. You can simply change password by going to Options > Account information > (Enter password) > Change password. This does not need the secret question. Secret question is asked when you gave forgotten your password and you click on that link (Forgot my password). Yahoo then ask you identification questions to send you your password or send you a new password. This is done only when you are identified using your secret question.
