How do I remove the trojan "Trojan:JS/IframeRef"?

Ok so this was one of the few times when I forgot to scan a file that I downloaded, and it wound up giving me this Trojan named "Trojan:JS/IframeRef" that I can't seem to get rid of. Microsoft security essentials pops up, clears it off, and then says I need to restart the computer. I've done this at least ten times. I've also used Malwarebytes, TDSSkiller, AVG 2012, and Clam Win Pro. Microsoft Security Essentials says that the Trojan is located in the folder c:\documents and settings\NetworkService\local settings\Temporary Internet files\Content.IE5\2RX0NNBF\gspwjg[2].htm I have tried clearing my entire internet cash on google chrome, but that didn't help either. I don't know what else to do, besides reformatting the hard drive (something I would like to avoid). Please, can anyone help me!?

try downloading avast free antivirus its very good i used to use it until i purchased kaspersky its great protection for free get that run full scan and see what happens if this doesnt find the virus then maybe you could try registry cleaners i.e ccleaner or advanced system care free good luck
