How do I clear my computer of all harmful viruses?

How can I fix my PC now that the Sony BMG CD copy prevention software has let some viruses into my computer?

• Hi, Few days ago, I tried to copy a CD on my Sonicstage without being successful and apparently that caused all the problems my computer is having right now. Right after I tried to copy that CD in fact my antivirus automatically disactivated (I suppose is a consequence of the Sony BMG CD copy prevention software) letting some viruses/spyware/malware into my computer. The result is that now I can't listen to music through my computer because the audio is completely messed up like if the speaker were broken (but they are not). Moreover, the video quality has been affected too, since I'm not even able to watch online videos anymore (the images look all broken). I've tried to scan my computer with many different antiviruses and they all found that the location of the viruses is the_sony_store_cookies (and some random .txt files). But when I go looking for the location that the antivirus gave me, of course no floder named the_sony_store_cookies exist. Now, I'm asking you guys if any of you knows how to fix this problem. In other words...what should I do? Thanks in advance!!
