I can't open some sites its blocked from uae proxy?

    What probably happened is that the filter they are using has collected the more established proxy sites that you are probably trying to use, and prevents you from accessing those sites. Don't be offended, but depending on your age, your Mum or Dad may have turned on the Content Feature in the Internet Options area, and they can only unblock them because they only have the password, there are no work arounds that feature
