Is utorrent safe and legal for what I want to do?

So I wanted to try an MMORPG called Perfect World. I tried downloading the installer, but there were problems doing so. I went to the forums and asked what I could do to fix it, and someone replied to download the torrent of the game using a software called "utorrent." I've looked this up online and found that using it is apparently illegal when people are downloading/uploading copyrighted material. So I have two questions: Can I use utorrent to download Perfect World, and can I remove it when my download is finished?

It is not illegal, if it was illegal not so many people would use it. You might be able to download the game if someone has pirated a version of it. Use this site to find if it has a torrent or not. Isohunt.com and yes you can unistall it after you play it. And make sure you read the comments to make sure that the game does not have a Trojan or something. And whenever you search the more seeders the faster it will download
