How do you make perfume out of tea?

I have tea bags of all different sorts and don't drink them. I was curious to see if I could make perfume from it. I need to learn how to make perfume to start off, but don't have any sorts of flowers or plants or herbs. Only tea.

I think you put it in vodka/alcohol to extract the scent, don't know if you can get that though, lol. Ask your parents.
