How can I improve my appearance without losing weight?

• I actually like being chubby. I have no problem being how I am. But I would like to know how to improve how I look. (Face-wise. Clothing-wise. Etc.) I have acne. It doesn't stand out anymore but I would like to fix it or hide it. I have deep bags under my eyes, which I would also like the improve or eliminate. My eyebrows are thick. I mean, THICK. and there's peach-fuzz in between them. :c I also have a really small mouth, which I hate so much. Clothing-wise, I would like to have a little more style. Everyday I wear jeans and a t-shirt. The t-shirt thing is staying, but bottom wise, what do I buy to maybe highlight my curves? It's kind of dumb to ask, but I figured I'd give it a shot. Thanks. c:

Once you have them done it will be easy for you to keep up with them. As far as lips, you can use a pencil and make your lips seem larger or change the shape. You would match the lip pencil to the kind of lipstick you use, use the pencil first and draw around your lips and then fill in with the lipstick. The best answer I would have for what you might wear is make sure first you are comfortable in it. With a tee shirt, these days anything goes.
