Ck out a program fitday.com. it is free and has charts, target weights, calories in food you eat and exercise tables to show you where you are burning calories being active. It is free and easy to use. I love it as a motivator, it helps me to achieve my goals. Also, if you just stay away from fast food restraunts, snacks an sweets, and drink more water instead of cokes, this will really help you. Brisk walking will be a big help also. I am fifty and mine is fine. Lots of work and a life long thing. Good luck. Do it for yourself.

do but squeezes. seriously!! 100 a day for about a month will do the trick. maybe not even that long! also try lifing your legs at a 40 degree angle in the air for 1 minute. break, repeat four times. do this every day. itl work!

dear y don't u go for yoga exercises n take a small height table around 10/12"in height step on it n again come down do this many times walk daily stand with u'r back facing wall n pat u'r buttocks one at a time (from side) c the difference in few weeks

Try lunges, they will work your legs too, but they do wonders on your butt. If you do not know what lunges are, look them up online as it would be too hard to explain on here. Also, if you can afford to go to a gym, the trainers there will offer free advice to you (usually you have to pay for them to spend time with you working out, but will give free advice).

If you screw up at work and continue to screw up, AND if your boss chews your butt everytime you screw up, keep a record of the size of your butt and after a while, you will see that your boss chewed your butt so many times...HE SHRANK IT!
