My clothes set my attitude. If I'm dressed in a baggy, old sweatshirt and pajama pants, I just feel gross. But if I'm wearing clean, fresh-smelling cute, clothes I feel like I'm on top of the world. Telling yourself you're beautiful is another good way. And never compare yourself to someone else.

(to smell and feel fresh when you get outta the shower!) and maybe some sort of facial cleanser like a mud mask or a cucumber peel. :) (it will boost your self confidence and keep your skin bmemish free.) wash your face mornin and night, and always smile and keep your head high.

Pretty/cute underwear. I don't know why, but I always feel better when I wear my favorite underwear. Just not on your period though because you wouldn't want to accidently ruin them.
