What to wear to the Broadway show: dress up or casual?

I have to wear a dress, WILL MY LOVE HANDLES SHOW?

okay so in may, I have my eighth grade graduation. I'm 5'3 and I'm 130 lbs. I'm not fat but I have a little extra tummy. Love handles.. I don't know what kind of dress im going to wear or anything but what kind of dress will make my love handles show? (not that I want them to) And also, what can I do to make them not show or to look like i dont have any? ( No exercise. I've tried doing it and it just makes my butt get smaller. I don't want that to happen ) Please answer all questions I've asked in this!!!

Wear something that is tight at your narrowest part or just below your boobs and then flows out. This kind of dress will hide anything extra that you don't want to be seen. Anything that is tight over your bum or tummy will draw attention to your hips and pretty much force people to notice them. You can always wear Spanx, or something like that underneath to slurp you in! I know how stupid that sounds, but I'm graduating this year and almost everyone is wearing them! Hope this helps!
