How do I get colored contacts?

How do you get colored contacts to look real and not fake???

  • Okay i have colored contacts (( gray )) and when i put them on you can sooo tell there fake. i have brown eyes and the brown shows through my contacts. i always see other people with colored contacts as well and theres look real pretty and natural. the brown part of my eye is bigger than the contact itself, so when i put them on you can see gray and brown eyes. it looks ugly and weird. please can anyone help me?? pls!!

    Righto, Um well i just read all that and you said that the brown part of your eye is larger than the grey!? Didnt you get a fitting? i always have to get them done. go to a better optometrist where they offer fittings for the best contacts available. And im sorry a lot of people with dark eyes cant pull off light lenses.. maybe go for a shade darker than the grey you have?? I know a girl who has very dark brown eyes and wears a VERY vibrant blue, they dont look anywhere near fake and are gorgeous? Maybe try them :D

i have brown eyes too and have experimented with grey contacts. you need better contacts and if you are open to suggestions try to go with a color that blends with your eye color. i went from grey to two diff shades of blue. the lighter makes my eyes look naturally green and the darker blue makes my eyes look like a smoky color and everyone thinks that thats my real eye color. hope this helps

Well gray contacts are not for people who have brown eyes (I have brown eyes as well). You will need to get a darker color since you have a darker colored eye. Here is a link for a help ful guide: http://www.1-contact-lenses-consumer-guide.com/color-contact-lenses.html This should help.

get better contacts. my friend bought hers at a dollar store and it makes her look blind. depends where you get them. plus light colors dont mix with dark colors.
