Foreign tips to look beautiful?

Does this sound good? tips would be nice! (changing my look)?

• ok so this summer i decided i want to reinvent myself. i want more of an edgier look. right now i have long straight bright blonde hair, and i want to cahnge that by dying it a dark brown and getting a cut and styling it like this: http://s213.photobucket.com/albums/cc37/zwimmerz/?action=view&current=n1281810287_30115108_46591.jpg ive also been working out and dieting, so i will have a good body and be healthy by the end of summer too (im not overweight, im 5'9" and 135, im just toning my body and trying to get a slimmer look). i want to get my belly botton peirced and some more peircings on my ears too. i also want to get a tattoo, not sure what though yet. (i think tattoos and peircings are sexy, as long as its not way over the top and too much) ive also been tanning a lot (i know it gives you skin cancer but its my vice i guess) i wanna be really tan too so i dont look like a ghost with dark hair. i am getting colored contacts too in a couple weeks (my eyes are a pale blue now) probably either pale green, bright green, ice blue or bright blue. i think they would stand out more with darker hair/skin. and im whitening my teeth so they will look brighter too! I want to go back to school and have people be shocked and think i look really good, ive always been plain and boring! please give me feedback, tips on make up, styling hair, and fashion would be cool! any other comments and ways you think i could change would be nice! Thank You!

  a picture would nice. but it seems good. i think so far so good. but i would wait off for a tatto and piercing untill your 110% sure you want them. haha good luck :)
