yes, but not as good as a dental treatment

no try a table spoon of bleach and some water in a cup and brush with it ,then rinseand then brush with tooth past, you will see a drifrence the first time.

Well Crest is always the best, but alittle bitter cheaper and faster one i've tried was Rembrant two hr. whitener. You fill the mouth guards with gel, leave on teeth for twenty minutes then rinse and wait ten min. and reaply. Do this 4 times and it's sure to whiten and brighten your teeth alot in under $20.

Yes they work, but they can sometimes be a pain to remember to do them as your suposed to. They sometimes hurt your teeth too but they work if you follow the directions crest or the equate brand!
