How to get sponsors for a pageant?

• So i qualified for the Washington pageant, but i'm not sure if i want to do it because of 1. the cost and 2. i would be mostly doing it on my own. Therefore i was wondering how the whole hotel situation works. Do you book a room by yourself or do the people help you? Is there a discounted price. I'm 17 and i would be going alone, but my parents would probably come on the actual pageant day. Also, what is the best way to raise money/ get sponsors. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated thanks!

  Any time u can do something on ur own, it's probably going to be less expensive unless they have a group discount. You can call them to find out. From what I've read, the costs get pretty high when you get into ur outfits and people helping u.
